SpiritFire Recover YourSelf Retreat

November 15-17, 2019

Spirit Fire Retreat Center, Leyden Mass

Join us for a relaxing and restorative weekend at SpiritFire Retreat Center in rural Western Massachusetts. Led by Kim Hall and Maeve Ryan, this Friday through Sunday yoga and meditation workshop will help you feel more grounded and less stressed as you enter the holiday season. We will discuss ways to let go of the need to control outcomes, recognize our own addictive behaviors and patterns, and learn how to practice self-care without guilt or shame. The yoga and meditation practices are appropriate for ALL levels and for everyone. Some group discussions will focus on the process of recovery and the bridge to a more loving and healthy way of life.

Retreat guests may choose to enjoy all meals and 2 nights of lodging at Spirit Fire as FULL WEEKEND Guests, or choose the DAYTRIPPER option, arriving early Saturday & Sunday mornings and joining the group for meals through dinner and any evening activities.
